Marketing Automation Practice Lead - London

As the Marketing Automation Practice Lead you will playing a key role in the fast accelerating growth of a Platinum Salesforce partner. You will be responsible for growing out their Salesforce Marketing Cloud practice. There is a lot of autonomy in this role with the ability to take ownership of the SFMC practice. This role will be more focused on the business side of being a Practice Lead rather than being hands on with the technical elements of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

You will be working for a high growth Salesforce partner that has excellent relationships within the eco-system as well as very strong financial backing. There is a very non-corporate environment with a very social culture.

Key Skills:

* Experience with any Marketing Automation platform in consultancy or agency (e.g. SFMC, Pardot, Adobe Campaign, Responsys, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.)

* Growing and leading a team

* Involvement in sales processes and ability to confidently engage with prospective and existing clients

* Experience working closely with vendors (ideally Salesforce)

* Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is highly beneficial

* In-depth knowledge of marketing with the ability to confidently engage with CMOs
