They now have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Senior IT Support Engineer to join their IT team in London.

The Role:

The Senior IT Support Engineer provides effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business. Key responsibilities include: carrying out systems support and administration tasks (in a Windows Server-based environment); building, managing, installing and supporting PCs, laptops, peripherals and software, and providing desktop support to users. In addition, the Senior IT Support Engineer will assist in the scoping and delivery of IT related projects.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of working as a Senior IT Support Engineer. You will have strong knowledge and experience of IT networking and technology, coupled with knowledge of networking equipment, remote access technologies (e.g. Direct Access, SonicWall), Symantec products, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and Office 365. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong relationship-building skills, are essential to this role.
