This well-established company are going through a period of substantial growth specialising in the production of high-end mechanical systems for industries such as Automotive, Rail, Manufacturing and Defense sectors. The client prides themselves on producing a quality product and offering a platform for career progression.

The day to day responsibility for this role will be to continuously improve all manufacturing processes across the site with an overall goal to maximise quality throughout. The successful candidate will lead a 4-person team that plays a key role in assuring the quality standards throughout the company are at the highest level.

The Role:

*Leading a 4-person team to resolve process issues and identify areas for improvement

*Implementing changes to improve productivity, quality and cost

*Ensuring regulatory requirements and standards are met

*Overseeing site & customer audits

The Person:

*Experience working in a mechanical manufacturing environment

*Background within quality management

*Knowledge of ISO9001 & AS9100

*Experience working to QS9000 ideal but not necessary

*A background working in Aerospace, Automotive, Materials, Mechanical or similar advantageous
