PUPPET ENGINEER: (PUPPET ENTERPRISE, LINUX, RHEL, SATELLITE, BASH)

The work location is in Ipswich and is a 3-month contract with a Pay Rate of £525.00 - £550.00 Per Day.

Essential:

* Puppet experience is a must

* Hands on and practical experience with RHEL 6 and 7 Satellite and Katello.

* Writing and deploying Puppet modules in a distributed environment.

* Managing hosts with Red Hat Satellite 6, or Foreman & Katello (the upstream open source equivalents)

* Configuring hosts with Puppet (3.8)

* Advanced Puppet DSL data constructs and code experience

* Provisioning hosts via Kickstart

* RedHat/CentOS 6 & 7 Linux admin

* Bash scripting

* Satellite troubleshooting and problem solving/debugging

* Understanding of version control and artefact repository designs.

* Using Ansible to deploy software and configuration.

* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Openstack and similar technologies would be an advantage.
