Systems Analyst - Planning & Budgeting Our global client, who have experienced genuine growth in recent times is looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join their team based in Swindon on a contract basis, initially for 6 months with a view to extend. The Systems Analyst will have prior experience working on Planning, Budgeting and/or Financial systems in terms of developing and implementing solutions relating to BI (Business Intelligence) and/or CPM.BOARD experience is highly favourable for this contract role., yet not essential.Our market leading client is embarking on a major project to overhaul its planning and budgeting system and processes. You will be joining a small team that will work with business counterparts and supplier's consultants to deliver an integrated planning solution across investments, resource planning and cost planning.Systems Analyst - Planning & Budgeting - Key Skills:

'€¢Experienced (3 years+) in working with and implementing BI/ CPM solutions'€¢Experience working with multi-dimensional databases MOLAP/ ROLAP'€¢Able to work against very tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment'€¢Experienced in working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior stakeholders'€¢Excellent people management skills, including influencing and building consensus between stakeholders'€¢Strong problem solving skills'€¢Ability to work independently and as part of a team'€¢Able to manage own time, operate independently and execute own work with minimal supervision from other BAs, PMs and Product Owners, including balancing multiple priorities'€¢Analytical mind with problem solving aptitude and attention to detail'€¢Ability to be innovative and take initiative'€¢Experience of creating reports in visualisation tools - advantegous '€¢Manufacturing or engineering industry experience, ideally automotive - advantegous'€¢Financial Planning and Analysis experience - advantageous'€¢BOARD exposure - advantegous 

Systems Analyst - Planning & Budeting - Responsibilities:

'€¢Build parts of the solution as a member of a virtual team including business counterparts and supplier consultants'€¢Document system interface requirements for Honda systems integrating with Planning and Budgeting system'€¢Perform functional testing of solution'€¢Create test plan and test scripts, working jointly with the business counterpart'€¢Perform ongoing administration of the product after project has gone live'€¢Be the operational point of contact with supplier once the project is live'€¢Build further enhancements to the product to expand usage of product
