Junior/Assistant Quantity Surveyor

You will be based within a commutable distance of North Manchester

Are you a Junior or Graduate Quantity Surveyor looking to start your career within an industry leading company that offers ongoing career development?

This is an international company who dominate the market within their industry and they are looking to continue in their expansion in the UK. They are looking for a Junior/Graduate Quantity Surveyor to assist in driving the business forward by working on all commercial aspects of projects end to end in the build of new gyms, stores, re-fits and extensions.

This will suit an ambitious person looking to become a qualified Quantity Surveyor for a blue chip company who will offer you extensive training and progression.

The Role:

- Assisting in projects through the full project lifecycle working on a range of re-fits, extensions and new gym/new store builds

-Assist with tender processes including preparation of tender documentation, evaluation of tenders and the making of recommendations

-Assist in financial progress of projects and assessing potential impacts of changes to budgets

-You will be put through an apprenticeship course provided by a local university - one day per week out the office

The Person:

- Must have relevant experience within a QS background (Can be work related or education)

-Looking to develop further and progress your career

- You must be based in a commutable distance of North Manchester and a full driving licence
