I am recruiting on an exclusive basis for my client - A company based in the heart of Leeds, they have grown exponentially in the past 3 years and are still expanding. They are now looking to hire 4 Developers and 1 Lead Developer to join their business and to set up a new arm of the IT division.

Essentially you will be a part of a new branch, and you will join others successful candidates in establishing your presence in the business. They are looking for creative and assertive people to join them. The company designs and builds unique and bespoke solutions and software to aid transformation of the performance of their clients and their business output.

As a Developer this role will offer the chance for total creativity and autonomy on your part. If you enjoy being allowed the free reign to design, develop and implement - if you are craving the opportunity to not only be allowed but also to be encouraged to have your own say on projects, both brownfield and greenfield then this will suit you.

To be successful in the role you must have strong experience with the full Microsoft Technology Stack, proficient in .Net and .Net frameworks using C#, you will need to have good understanding of MVC and HTML, you will need knowledge of SQL and SQL Server. You will be efficient with ASP.Net and Webforms, exposure or experience with .Net Core is beneficial using languages such as C#, VB or C++ etc.

Having good working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React or Node would be advantageous.

If you are experienced in Object oriented programming OOP, or Test Driven Development TDD or Team Foundation Server TFS this will be beneficial too.

My client is expanding over the next few years, they will be hiring more developers over the next 18 to 24 months, as such there will be opportunities for progression. If you are currently thinking about future prospects where you could possibly go, the sky is the limit with my client. They will need established employees to step up and take management positions, Senior roles and technical leads.
