**Senior DevOps Engineer - Stockholm - Product Company**

One of my favourite clients in Stockholm has just approached me asking me to assist in finding them a driven Senior DevOps Engineer looking to take on a lot of responsibility, and take advantage of the freedom and opportunities they can provide, helping take their Cloud/AI offering to the next level during the course of 2018.

My client is an industry leading product development house who is actually using the buzz words so many companies claim to work with nowadays (namely AI, Machine Learning, IoT, and DevOps) and are looking for a Senior DevOps/AWS Engineer that is interested in getting exposure to these areas to join their headquarters in Stockholm. They operate a platform that has millions of customers and is revolutionising the industry.

They are offering the chance to work with the latest technologies in a genuinely legacy-code-free environment, allowing their engineers to make a name for yourself and really see the impact of theri work in a team focussed on career and competence development.

What to expect:

* Main core responsibilities

* Working on their cloud offering within AWS/DevOps

* Managing a big platform with millions of customers

* Some development (mostly using Java)

* Creating and maintaining the CI environment

* Ensuring a scalable and cost effective cloud infrastructure

* All teams have release responsibility

* My client is very open to designing roles around individuals and wants your input on how you would like your own role to look

What you need:

* Fluent English (fluent Swedish is not required but is preferred)

* Strong experience working with any of the following:

* AWS (EC2, S3, Redis, ELK, Elastic Search, PostgreSQL)

* DevOps (specifically data modelling and data mining)

* Java (Java 8, and Java SE in particular)

* Spring framework

* Unit testing/integration testing

* Building RESTful web services
