Engineering Supervisor - Electric Drive Systems

£40,000 - £50,000 + Progression + Training + Company Benefits

Solihull, commutable from Birmingham and Coventry

Are you an Automotive Engineer form an Electric Drive Systems background? Are you looking to take a step up and supervise a team of 7 engineers in a highly autonomous role?

On offer in this excellent opportunity is the chance to play a key part and take the lead in a position which holds a lot of responsibility as you will be leading and developing a team as well as projects with internal customers.

The Company itself are global leaders in the Automotive industry and have an impeccable reputation, due to continued success they are looking to add an Engineering supervisor to their Electric Drive Systems department.

This is a great opportunity for someone with knowledge in SysML modelling and ASPICE to take the lead in the R&D department with their own team.

This position would suit an ambitious Engineer with a background in Electric Drive Systems looking to play a key part in a globally dominating company.

The Person:

*Background in Electric Drive Systems

*Knowledge in SysML modelling and ASPICE

*Strong Leadership

*A passion for R&D and innovation

The Role:

*Delivering electric drive subsystem requirements analysis and architecture

*Lead the team, organize resource, set goals and develop staff

*Agree on development projects with internal customers

*Deliver electric drive control software component
