Technical Services Engineer- Liverpool - 40k- 46k with benefits

My Client is one to of the largest and well-known law firms based in the UK. Who are looking to add to their team in Liverpool the work they do is important as they impact on people's lives every day, so you will be working with a company with high values who treat their staff very well.

Main responsibilities

*Responsible for the IT service delivery.

*Take Lead on projects.

*Help with practical development technical Services Analysts by coaching, monitoring, mentoring and training,

*Work with 3rd party and review agreements

*Responsible for keeping up to date of industry trends, and new technology.

*A knowledge of ITIL is desirable, however foundation qualification is ideal

*Visits to other company sites or customer premises.

*Flexibility around working hours regarding start and finish times.

*To be involved within the team's on-call working schedule.

Skills required

*Good knowledge of AD, Exchange 2010 and office 365, SharePoint Azure and windows servers

*Experience working with backup software, SAN and NAS

*Experience working with Firewalls, solar winds, TCP/IP, DNS, Routers and switches.

*Good experience in deployment and packaging

*VMware, Hyper-V or APP-V

*Good customer focused with strong communication skills, with a can-do attitude.

*CCNA, CCNP / MCSE, MCSA, Certifications would be advantageous.
