At Spring Technology we are currently recruiting for the position of a talented and passionate Scrum Master for a permanent position within Manchester, to work for our technological B2B consultancy client. They are a major contender within their market in the UK, and also on a European level.

This role will offer you the security of a permanent role, whilst also allowing you to work on different projects with clients nationally; thus offering the excitement of a freelancer's life without any unplanned gaps between projects.

You will use your ability to problem solve to co-ordinate software delivery using an Agile approach, whilst also cutting-out any obstacles using a LEAN methodology. You will get to work in a vast array of sectors and likewise a multitude of different projects. Sectors include, but are not limited to; financial services and banking; government bodies; and private businesses. You will get to work in these sectors on projects surrounding GDPR software compliance, fintech, insurance technology, ecommerce solutions and employee services software.

Requirements:

?- 18 months commercial experience at least as a Scrum Master

?- 4 -5 years experience with software delivery

?- Experience with the usage of JIRA, Confluence, IntelliJ, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Sonarqube, and any other tools that form part of the development pipeline

?- Having an understanding of TDD (Test Driven Development) and BDD (Behaviour Driven Development)

?- Having an understanding of Story Points

?- Working knowledge of an array of different programming languages used for software development, including; HTML5; CSS3; SQL; JAVA; C ; ect

?- Knowledge of test frameworks such as, Selenium and Cucumber

- Experience with LEAN methodology
