SAP Trainer - Cambridge - 9 Month Contract

My client, a leading technology client are currently looking for a SAP Trainer for a 9 month initial contract to be based in Cambridge. The role can offer a competitive daily rate and is looking for someone to start in the next few weeks.

Role Information:

* Deliver and develop first class training using the latest training techniques

* Develop the training approach, and plan, to deliver training for Employee Central and On Boarding

* Understand the business process by working closely with BA's, SME's and key stakeholders throughout the design phase

* Develop training content based on business requirements

* Define course outlines and training scenarios

* Create governance documentation and guidance to training packages

* Enable Train the Trainer and End User Training

* Work with BA's, SME's and business change team to build training and awareness materials

* Work closely with project team to define training timescales and training environments

* Manage the Creation of the TNA

* Develop initiatives for evaluating training activity

Required Skills:

* Significant experience in developing training and awareness materials

* Extensive experience in training delivery primarily in SAP

* Experience of creating e-learning, and other learning materials including videos and podcasts, using for example Go Animate articulate

* Confident presenter & trainer, excellent communications skills

* Experience of delivering to agile methodologies

* Experience in SAP Activate Implementation methodologies

* Good requirement gathering skills are essential

* Some travel may be involved in the role
