Job Role: 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer

Position: Permanent

Location: Manchester

Salary: £30,000

One of the UK's fastest growing financial tech companies is looking for a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer to join the team. You will be developing and maintaining installation and configuration procedures while installing and rebuilding existing servers.

If you have working knowledge of evaluating and installing patches, resolving software related problems as well as writing technical documents as necessary then I want to hear from you!

Essential Skills:

* Experience performing backup operations and ensuring all required file systems are successfully backed up.

* MSSQL Database management, store procedures and process management troubleshooting.

* Experience with LAN, WAN, WI-FI and Internet system or a segment of a network system.

* Remote Access and VPN management.

* Monitor networks to ensure network availability.

* Desirable is exposure / experience to AWS.
