Contract Manager - Fire Protection

If you’re a PRINCE2 qualified project management professional, this is a fantastic opportunity to tackle complex issues and ensure the success of a range of engaging projects.

Our client is an integrated service provider that designs and delivers a range of Fire Protection Sprinklers Projects. These include dry risers, hose reels and pre-calculated hazard sprinkler systems including installations, extensions and alterations and base build type contracts.

Joining a rapidly expanding company, this is a superb chance to lead an experienced and resourceful team in a highly challenging, yet rewarding, role.

As the Project Manager, you will plan, deliver and close customers’ fire protection projects. Specifically, you will co-ordinate resources and staff to deliver projects that meet specifications and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.

You will coach and motivate employees to perform to the best of their ability and deliver services that exceed customer expectations. To maximise efficiency, you will delegate tasks and conduct frequent internal progress meetings.

Ensuring that colleagues adhere to health and safety regulations, you will make sure projects are completed on time and within budget by tracking project milestones and deliverables.

Throughout projects, you will also provide customers with progress updates and forge strong working relationships to facilitate repeat business.

To be considered, you will need:

- A PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification or equivalent

- An understanding of LPCB BSEN12845, FM and NFPA Rules

- Knowledge of JCT and NEC Terms and Conditions

- The ability to read drawings and schematics

Organised and focused, as the Contract Manager, you’ll have strong negotiation and communication skills. You’ll also be able to lead with passion and enthusiasm to enable your team’s success.
