My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Legal professional (3-4 years PQE) to join a new and exciting team. The purpose of the role is providing commercial legal advice and support across all business units including drafting, reviewing and analysing a wide range of agreements and legal documents, supporting negotiations and advising on the interpretation of existing agreements. You will also be tasked on advising on distribution agreements, sponsorship agreements, marketing agreements and standard terms and conditions, as well as consumer (and other) complaints and related issues. Proactively ensuring that management and business teams understand and comply with legal and regulatory requirements affecting the consumer business in EMEA. Identifying and effectively managing legal risk. Supporting internal governance and approval processes, including coordinating with Compliance, Risk, Finance and other internal stakeholders as appropriate. Carrying out legal research. Preparing and delivering internal training as appropriate. Performing other duties as assigned by the leader from time to time. UK Qualified is highly desirable. Open to Virtual working so please apply if you are UK based. Will be required to visit London office once per week
