Office 365 Migration Support Engineer

The ideal candidate will be SC cleared or eligible and willing to undergo the relevant checks.

We have an opportunity for an Office 365 Migration Support Engineer to join Experis on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of our Employed Consultant team, on site with a multi-national technology company based across the UK. Role Purpose:

As part of your role, you will be responsible for supporting the migration of Exchange 2010 to Office 365 Exchange Online

Working hours:

Shift hours - Require cover between 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday (Rota Basis)

Rota for weekend remote support 9am - 4pm (Rota basis)

Candidates can choose to work from the following offices but may need to travel to London:

Key Responsibilities:

* Execute, manage and lead a set of Microsoft Cloud Services customers and partners through the technical process.

* Proven history of demonstrated technical skills and leadership

* Assist customers and partners with configuration of onboarding tools and processes technology

* Analyse, develop and communicate key process and technology improvement

* Provide continual feedback for processes and entire deployment cycle.

* Develop, foster and maintain effective customer and partner relationships maintaining CSAT

* Be responsive to customer needs.

* Develop foster and maintain effective working relationships with engineering, marketing, Enterprise ServicesSupport and field sales and partner teams to deliver key business metrics

* Be recognized as an Microsoft Leader and evangelist

Required Skills and Experience:

* Microsoft Cloud Services

* Onboarding and Migration

* Microsoft Office 365 and other Microsoft products

* Migration and support experience

* Messaging support background
