QA Manager

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a QA Manager to join a highly successful and innovative tech-driven organisation based in Surrey. This role specifically focusses on leading the Quality Assurance team and will greatly contribute to the continuous expansion of the company!

As the successful QA Manager, you will boast excellent leadership and technical skills as well as experience in a Quality Assurance environment. You will be working in a collaborative and close-knit team to lead the execution of excellent Quality Assurance within an Agile environment.

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated QA Manager with a natural flair for leadership and communication, alongside a high attention to detail and a genuine passion for Quality Assurance!

Key skills and experience required for the QA Manager:

* Proven SpecFlow/Gerkin, C# and Selenium experience.

* Experience with any of the following is beneficial but not essential: Web Services, WCF / REST, Microsoft Team Foundation Sever (or similar), SOA, Service Bus Development, Web Security, MVC, GIT, TDD/BDD, Chef, Scrum

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work within small, close-knit teams.

* Proven experience working within an Agile software development life-cycle environment is hugely advantageous!
