2nd Line Support Engineers

We are currently recruiting for experienced 2nd Line Support Engineers with a heavy focus on Apple MAC. These positions are to be based at ACS Cobham and ACS Egham/Hillingdon.

The essential skills and experience for this role include:

-A high level of Mac experience-you will be the Mac genius

-Microsoft Windows 10 experience as this role will be imaging/building MS Windows 10 on desktops

-Ability to build relationships with stakeholders

-Ability to communicate and collaborate

-Stay calm and professional in high pressured environments

-Experience of Casper is a desired skill
