For our life-science client based in Fribourg, Switzerland, we are looking for a:

APL Training Administrator

Major Accountabilities:

* works with the APL Training Manager to assure the local training deliverables follow the global approach

* supports the project teams in the review of global training materials and in the creation of additional training documents, as well as tracks their delivery

* develops and coordinates RTPM (Role to Position Mapping) aligning it with Security Roles and taking into consideration the end user future position.

* develops the TNA (Training Needs Analysis) taking into consideration RTPM (Role to Posi-tion Mapping) and ETC (Enduser Training Curriculum, which includes Role to Course Mapping)

* develops the TPL (Training Plan) and related resources (facilities, trainers, end users, etc.)

* mananges and administers training logistics (facilities, hardware, etc.)

* monitors training attendance, feedback, GxP assessments making sure all critical users were trained

* manages any changes the end users list and users to roles assignments making sure the training sessions reflect these changes

Education :

University degree in business administration, finance / accounting, marketing, or other relevant area.

Languages:

English fluent, other languages a plus (FR, DE, etc…)

Experience:

* experience with MS Excel

* experience with system/product (ERP/SAP) deployments an asset

* knowledge of system/product training methodologies and execution practices an asset

* strong communication skills

* ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo

* ability to drive for results and meet project deadlines
