An excellent role on offer for an Engineering Manager looking to join the global market leading company where you will work in a technically challenging position, and progress into an Operations Manager.

Are you an engineer who has management or supervisory experience? Are you looking to work for a global recognised company where you will progress into an Operations Manager?

Established almost 20 years ago, this progressive food manufacturing company are market leaders and are recognised for its excellent quality of products. This company are rapidly growing and have invested heavily in their production equipment.

In this role you will supervise engineers and technicians to ensure that all operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for all engineering staff matters including training, supervision and development. You will have the opportunity to progress into an Operations Manager long term.

This role would ideally suit an Engineer with management or supervisory experience, where you will play a pivotal part in the growth of the company and progress your career into an Operations Manager.

The Role:

*Supervision of engineers and technicians

*Be responsible for training and technical development for other engineers

*Continental shift pattern

*£45,000 - £48,000 + Progression + Private Health Care + Pension + Excellent Benefits

The Person:

*Must have a qualification in Mechanical or Electrical engineering

*Must have supervisory or management experience

*Previous management experience

*Live local to Andover
