Our client focuses primarily on building web and mobile applications, also provide bespoke marketing websites with challenging features like 3D animation.

Your delivery follows best practices, and you will use the latest technologies, such as React, React Native, Node, and .NET Core to ensure you can deliver cutting edge experiences and the best products to their clients.

You will be involved in design and product development for many start-ups in a range of markets, including Cryptocurrency, Fintech and MedTech.

You will be required to communicate with the business to gather requirements and liaise with the design team to ensure the requirements are met, and an optimal user experience is delivered.

Your primary focus is product delivery and everything involved with that:

Managing a small team using Jira, scrum, code reviews and regular sprints

Gathering requirements and priorities from the business

Translating requirements, with the design team, to thoughtfully craft user experiences

Be able to ensure the UI is executed beautifully, as per the designs.

To foresee and surface business and technical problems early, adapt when they arise

and find solutions to keep the product progressing

To work within current architecture, but also contribute to architectural decisions

There will be plenty of opportunity to grow with the company, as well as working on greenfield projects

Key Skills:To be successful in this role we expect you to:

Have great communication skills

Have worked on delivering a product, including interaction with the business and design

team, and managing/creating the pipeline of features

Be an expert .NET developer with .NET Core experience

Net Core 2.0 with React/Redux

Microservices Architecture

C# and Entity Framework Core

Enjoy working on and have an ambition to learn front end development to an expert level

(ReactJS, ES6/7)

Frontend skills: CSS, HTML

Database: SQL Server

Have lead a small agile team in the past following agile scrum methodology

Be looking for freedom and to take ownership of delivery

Being pragmatic. Being able to balance the delicate concerns of refactoring vs feature

delivery, versatility vs robustness
