Technical Administrator

We are actively looking to secure a Technical Administrator to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

This person will be responsible for the management of all Technical admin tasks, across the Engineering function.

Required Skills/Experience:

* Excellent excel, PowerPoint and Word knowledge - the ideal candidate will be an SME in all of these areas and have the ability to generate graphs and reports from these systems.

* Ability to pull data from many systems and consolidate it in report outs for leadership in a timely manner - you will also be required to produce a PowerPoint presentation with all the data, and be able to present to the teams for discussion and review.

* Management and coordination of Contract staff PO's, on boarding and off boarding

* Ability to write and amend technical documentation taking direction from Technical staff

* Ability to engage with engineering leadership and engineering staff

* Management of all Technical admin tasks across the Engineering function

* Active participation in functional demand/capacity mechanism
