Product Support Specialist- Graduate/ German-speaking

A fluent German speaking Graduate is required to join a leading, blue-chip organisation based in Nottingham, as a Product Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Global organisation, working on a cutting edge, new product, where you will have the opportunity to study towards industry recognised Accounting qualifications. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is fluent in German to join a growing business area.

As a Product Support Specialist you will be responsible for:

* Working with clients to resolve queries raised within the EMEA Support team by telephone, email or remote support sessions

* When necessary, escalate issues to the content or development teams, whilst keeping the client fully informed

* Logging product support requests

* Maintain up to date product knowledge

The successful Product Support Specialist will be a fluent German speaker, with a background or interest in the tax and accounting industry.
