An excellent opportunity for a legal professional to join a global organisation that can offer you an interesting and diverse role, where you will play a lead part in the in house legal team in a growing international market leader.

This company specialise in the design, manufacturing and installation of commercial and industrial equipment for a range of industries around the world. They are the market leader and part of a billion-pound turnover business operating all over the globe. Now they are looking for a Contracts Manager to join the team based in Poole.

In this role you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating all commercial contracts for both clients and suppliers for the business. You will also be involved in legal disputes, non-disclosure agreements, and supporting all other legal projects for the business.

The ideal candidate will be degree educated in law or have a GDL or LPC qualification. You will have been part of a law firm or in house legal team and have dealt a range of commercial agreements.

The Role:

*Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

*Reviewing all Non-Disclosure Agreements

*Reviewing and negotiating legal disputes

*supporting all other legal projects for the company

The Person:

*Degree in Law or hold GDL or LPC qualification

*Come from a law firm or in house legal team

*Knowledge of reviewing a range of commercial contracts
