Contract Knowledge Manager - 6 months to £450 per day

We are searching for an experienced Knowledge Manager to join this leading financial investment company in the heart of Edinburgh. As the Knowledge Manager, you will create and evangilise an overall Knowledge management strategy.

This opportunity will require the individual to have a full understanding of an IT support function and be fully immersed in the support environment to understand the needs of the end users. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the implementation of Knowledge documentation into Service Now.

Day to day objectives of this role will include:

*Creating effective knowledge articles

*Managing current and new knowledge document base

*Instil the knowledge management culture across the organization.

*Identify and improve processes.

*Support service design and transition staff in new service Implementations.

*Ideally, you will possess ITIL qualifications beyond foundation level.
