Job Description

Our client is a global financial services company.

They are currently looking for an IT Systems Administrator, working with Axway Secure Transport on upgrade and optimisation projects in London.

Role:

* Contribute high-level hands-on support to the upgrade and optimisation of the existing Axway Secure Transport platform

* Propose and implement system and operational enhancements including automation opportunities where possible

* Provide L3 service support and timely closure of incidents.

Profile:

* BS in computer science, management information systems or professional certifications.

* Strong experience of the Axway Secure Transport (Tumbleweed) product with experience installing, configuration and support the application.

* Strong scripting skills (Shell, Perl, Python)

* Strong Linux skills

* Strong understanding of infrastructure principles and system inter-dependencies outside the Axway environment

Initial 6month contract paying competitive day rate.
