Senior Support Analyst / Team Lead 

Manchester, Greater Manchester 

Up to £35,000 Plus Bonus (5% of salary)

Our client is a provider of integrated energy management solutions. As part of a world-leading company, they are currently expanding and as such, a superb opportunity has arisen for a Senior Support Analyst / Team Lead to join their team.

As the Senior Support Analyst / Team Lead, you will provide level 2 support and development services to internal and external customers. 

In this important role, you’ll provide application software development services and technical support, typically for defined projects. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Lead and mentor a small Support Team 

- Identify and resolve a range of technical issues 

- Maintain, test and integrate application components 

- Analyse and modify logic in existing applications 

- Carry out software data patching activities 

- Produce monthly management reports 

To be considered, you’ll need: 

- Experience of managing a small team  

- An understanding of Java and Oracle 

- Knowledge of administering Team Foundation Server

- An Oracle SQL Database qualification or knowledge

Experience of the following is also essential: 

- PL/SQL 

- Oracle

Friendly and approachable, as the Senior Support Analyst / Team Lead, you will have strong communication skills, a team player mentality and a professional attitude. 

Energy industry experience would be beneficial to your application.
