PMO Lead - Bristol - Contract

Type: 3 Month Contract

Start Date: May 2018 Immediate (IV's next week)

Day rate: £350-£400 per day dependant on experience

Description:

Computer Futures are looking for a PMO Lead to work alongside a key client to oversee and support a major programme of work within a forward thinking and leading enterprise organisation in Bristol.

The chosen candidate will report into the Programme Director with a clear set of goals being set. The contract in question is set over a 3 month timeline and hence this is a 3 month project. Timelines are critical, so the chosen candidate needs to be a very quick starter, assertive with excellent communication and engagement skills. Excellent abilities for report writing and powerpoint etc.

Experience:

* 5+ years' experience with a PMO capacity

* C-Level Stakeholder engagement and management exposure

* 3rd Party Vendor engagement & management

* RetailWholesale environment / B2B bilateral communications

* Engineering/Utilities/Retail Industry experience

In terms of the role, we want someone who can…

* Help build a business case and an RFI

* Structure an initial project with technical, political and commercial channels.

* Develop a project plan and all of the management around it.

* Develop a stakeholder framework and support planning of engagements around it.

* Support me in the bid process and monthly committee meetings by taking minutes and helping to pull together meeting content.
