Job Title: IT Support Analyst

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Salary: Competitive dependant on experience

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time - 37 hours per week

The Role:

The Company provides care and support to children, young people and adults in the North East of England and Scotland. They are currently looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst to join their technical support team at an exciting time as they take on ambitious new projects.

The role will be based in their Newcastle upon Tyne office where you will be working on these exciting projects alongside providing both on-site technical and remote support across the Group. They are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working as a desktop support engineer.

The Candidate:

You should have an understanding of:

* WAN architecture, networks and Active Directory

* Installing and troubleshooting Microsoft operating systems, servers and telecoms

* Mobile phone support (Windows, Android and Apple)

* Backup and restore printer support and file security.

It would be advantageous if you've had experience with SharePoint 2013, Office 365, JavaScript, and Microsoft Certification or had exposure to a Hyper-V & VMware support environment.
