1st Line Support Analyst
Up to £19,000 per annum
Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Service Desk
Our leading client is currently recruiting for an 1st Line Helpdesk Analyst to join their growing team, based out of their office in the West Midlands on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager you will working within a busy IT Help-desk environment, providing 1st line IT Support to customers and ensuring calls are followed through and passed to the relevant team.
t's important to be successful in your application that you have experience within a Customer Service, Help-desk or ideally an IT Service Desk environment. You will have at least 18 months working experience within an IT Support role, where you have had 1st line and some 2nd line exposure too, working with Windows, Active Directory, Exchange.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about IT, someone who is ambitious and really wants to progress in their career. You will have the opportunity to work on some 2nd line tickets and gain exposure needed to take the next step.
