What you are bringing to the table…

* Broad knowledge of Dynamics AX (2009 - 2012) - Dynamics 365 exposure would be a positive

* Experience with talking to all levels of the business

* Apathy for development

* Strong background in support (1st/2nd & 3rd line) - technical support necessary

* Ability to think on your feet and learn new business processes seamlessly
