PLC Team LeaderTo be based in BradfordSalary: up to £60,000 depending on experiencePermanentKey Skills: PLC Programming/ManagingI have a brand-new requirement for a PLC Team Leader to work for one of my key clients based in the Bradford area working for a well-known Control Systems Company.They are looking for someone with a background in PLC Programming, ideally with the following skills: '€¢Full project lifecycle experience from the programming stage through to the commissioning stage in previous positions'€¢Strong PLC background with Siemens S7 and experience with TIA portal would be desirable but isn't essential'€¢A Degree in Engineering is preferable'€¢Proven managerial or Team leader experience in the past managing or shadowing a group of engineers'€¢Strong HMI and SCADA experience in previous roles'€¢Good Network Communications knowledge in previous positions - Preferably Profibus or Profinet but Ethernet etc would be good also '€¢Self-motivated, with excellent organizational time management skills.'€¢Ability to prioritize workloads on time and to customer requirements.'€¢Ability to work with and communicate effectively with customers and personnel in all departments and in a variety of media.'€¢Ability to undertake occasional visits to customer sites'€¢Able to develop or maintain PLC's using software packages '€¢Strong Background in Control systems and Control system design '€¢Proven team player and high level of social competency'€¢Ability to understand electrical drawings for automation systems and an interest or experience in mechanical systems This is a brand-new requirement and my client is looking to bring a PLC Team Leader as soon as possible.
