This exciting up and coming brand licensed merchandise retailer is looking for a web developer to join their growing business. The role will be based in Tamworth and is responsible for maintaining and developing their IT systems with specific focus on ETL applications and reporting SQL database.

The interview process will be two stage and will require you to pass a technical competency test.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Responsible for the day to day maintenance and development support of their IT systems. Emphasis on reporting.

Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Maintain and develop SQL report database on our Windows 2012 server

- Maintain and develop integration applications with reports database build in ASP.NET

- Build out reports from our Qlik Sense Business Intelligence tool for front-end business users

- Validate and ensure data accuracy

- Provide 1st line support with our core system applications Linnworks, Peoplevox and Shopify Congifuration

- Coordinate with providing support to developing functionality and address issues

- Do frontend web development work on website, integrations and apps (HTML,CSS)

- Build and maintain development, test environments where applicable

- Maintain our office network

- Ensure mobile devices (Andriod/Windows) remain functional

- Secure, monitor and maintain office internet, wifi and overall network

- Maintain and develop their IP Phones

- Ensure redundancies in place and backs ups are working

- Regularly auditing their systems to ensure functionality, coordinating with third parties to ensure best performance for business

Code Ability

SQL, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript competency.

Role Requirements:

- 1 years' experience in a similar role

- Must know SQL and database administration

- Least 1 years experience with ASP.NET in a commercial setting

- Experienced in coding in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and writing expressions desired but not essential

- Ideal candidate would be a self-learner who loves problem-solving

- An intermediate level or above experience in Excel

- Keen interest in web development

- Experience with Linnworks, Shopify, Magento, Peoplevox, Gradwell, Amazon and Ebay not essential but highly advantageous to the role.
