Electrical Site Services Engineer
Glasgow - Field based role: Sites in central Scotland
£33000 - £35000 DOE + 33 days holiday, Pension scheme, Life Insurance, Bonus Scheme, Overtime and Sick Pay
Permanent days based role
Monday - Friday - With overtime available
Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer? Do you have experience of installing EX equipment? My client are leading international engineering business specialising in Repair of Electro-mechanical rotating equipment. They are seeking an experienced electrical engineer to Work on installation of EX equipment and fault finding on control equipment and electrical systems as well as periodical electrical inspections.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, including experience in Installation in, repair and testing of onshore electrical installations and equipment to ensure compliance with BS7671 (17th edition). A full driving license and a valid and current offshore survival certificate.

The role:
*Installation, repair and testing of industrial electrical equipment to ensure compliance with BS7671 (17th Edition IEE wiring regulations)
*Installation repair and testing of equipment suitable for hazardous area locations
*Working on electromechanical rotating machinery
The person:
*Compex certification - Strongly preferable
*17th edition and relevant formal apprenticeship or similar
*Previous experience in a similar role and full UK driving license
