This a great opportunity to join a front runner in Cloud Communication Solutions. You will be overseeing a small, dynamic and passionate team of engineers based in Manchester City Centre committed to delivering a managed services and solutions to high profile clients from various industries. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include;

* Troubleshooting of full-stack network and customer faults

* Management of Software Defined Windows & Linux Server environments on VMWare ESXi, AWS, managed by Puppet automation

* Management of VMWare environments including ESXi & VCenter

Management of Internal IT Systems (O365) including 2nd & 3rd Line Support

* Liaising with vendors and carriers such as Rackspace, Claranet, HP, Cisco and many more!

* Leading projects to Design, Build, Deliver and Support innovative Full Stack technical solutions

* Providing 24x7 on-call support

Essential

* Windows (2008-2012) & Linux OS experience

* VMware (ESXi preferred) or any other virtualisation technology

* DevOps automation (Puppet preferred)

* Competence in the MS Office products (O365)

* Networking, telephony and VoiP experience (Asterisk & Kamailio)

* Ability to communicate effectively with previous client-facing experience

Desirable

* AWS/Telco Cloud

* Knowledge of NodeJS, Javascript, C# or Powershell
