Spring Technology is looking for a Senior Business Analyst. This is a brand new 6 Month Contract based in Coventry.

The Ideal Candidate:

*Will have experience leading/acting as a Senior, as the role may require quality assurance activity overseeing 2 other BA's.

*Will also have a Technical/infrastructure background.

*Will have previous experience working on an Active Directory remediation project & infrastructure management implementation project.

oBased on the 2nd project anyone who has experience using SolarWinds and or AppDynamics would be desirable.

Business Analysis for the Active Directory Migration & Restructuring project:

*Stakeholder management

*Analysis of Active directory estate (Users, Computers, GPO's)

*Analysis of Nested groups within AD

*Document AS-IS security groups & memberships

*Perform analysis/review of security groups & memberships and identify the clean-up activity

*Create/implement a Role based access control framework

*Identify roles & responsibilities for each tower (security access group etc...)

*Map AS-IS to TO-BE where appropriate

*Decommission AS-IS

*Create operational design document, capturing the AS-IS and TO-BE process

Skills and experience:

*Knowledge of Active directory privilege groups/accounts and permissions

*Elicitation of business, technical & non-functional requirements and transition to functional and technical specifications

*IT project experience to manage the technical activity

*Strong soft-skills to interact with business, IT and 3rd Party stakeholders

*Support System and User Acceptance testing

*Implementation support and planning

*Agile and Waterfall delivery environment and an understanding of the BA activities within the Solution Delivery Lifecycle

*Handling resistance to change and competing demands in a matrix managed environment

*Working with 3rd party suppliers

*Service Transition processes and Release Management processes experience

Skills and experience - Desirable and Preferred

*Previous experience of working on an Active Directory migration project

*Data centre migration experience

*Experience of Cloud Migrations
