Our client is now looking for a Product & Test Engineering Manager to be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians within the test, evaluation and characterization departments. The role will involve contributing to the strategic planning and development of the company as well as being a key member of the management team.

Required skills include;

- Strong semiconductor Test and Product experience

- Experience with optoelectronic device evaluation desirable

- Epitaxial growth process knowledge beneficial

- Excellent managerial and communication skills

- BSc/MSc/PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering/Physics or related discipline
