My client based in Edinburgh has a requirement for a Disaster Recovery Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an internationally recognised client on an initial 6-month contract.

Key Skills & Background

* The candidate will be responsible to ensure owners of Critical Business Services are aware of the business services overall DR Testing status.

* Ensuring owners of Technical Infrastructure are aware of the DR Testing status of the technical infrastructure they own.

* Consistently monitor that a Recovery Plan is in place for the loss of primary or secondary Data Centre and is reviewed annually.

* Ensure there is a robust management response plan is in place, which is exercised annually.

* Ensure all technical infrastructure has capacity and performance alerting in place.

* Ensure all technical infrastructure is covered in the quarterly capacity reports.

* Ensure all service levels are defined and maintained.

* Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes governed.

* Driving continuous improvement activities.

* Providing strong leadership by proactively coaching, supporting, and developing less experienced colleagues to ensure that the appropriate skills and behaviours are committed to developing quality deliverables.

* Engendering a collaborative, efficient, and supportive environment within the team to maximise team performance and engagement.
