Our Public Sector client based in various North Walers locations are looking for a Cisco Unified Comms Support Specialist

To meet the demands for a high quality and robust infrastructure, our client are looking for a specialist to provide Professional Services and support for the following elements of the Cisco infrastructure.

* Professional Services for the following Cisco UC services

* Legacy to Cisco migration Support

* Support Services Cisco UC Services

The role:

Professional Services for the following Cisco UC services:

* Switchboard Operator Service - Arc Enterprise (Installation, commissioning, migration services) at three district General Hospital sites.

* Unified Communications Service Development (Cisco Jabber, Expressway, VC integration services).

* Contact Centre - Cisco UCCX (configuration, service development and scripting services)

* Voice Recording Services - Cisco Media-Sense (configuration, service development)

* Support Services for the following Cisco UC Services:

* Switchboard Operator Service - Arc Enterprise (24x7x365 4 hr support at three district General Hospital sites)

* Legacy to Cisco migration Support - Telephony handset and telephony services migrations (call off contract)

The work will be undertaken within North Wales:

* Wrexham

* Abergele

* Bodelwydden

* Bangor

* Mold

* St Asaph

* LLandudno

Key Skills / Experience
