QA Lead / Lead Tester / Software Test Lead / Northamptonshire / £40-45,000 + BenefitsOverviewA leading software development organisation are looking for a new QA Lead to join their team. Due to significant investment since the financial year, a range of new projects are coming live and they're seeking a tester to come on board who is enthusiastic to deliver new forward ways of thinking, driving the testing team and making a real impact on the organisation.This is an exciting role where you will have the opportunity to lead and drive testing strategy and have a significant impact on the direction that the test team takes. Who will be given the chance to make this your own and bring in fresh and new ideas as you see fit. In return you will be given the opportunity for training on Udemy and Plural Site or the chance to go to hackathons as well as be given flexible working (occasional working from home and flexible working hours).Salary Circa £40-45,000Responsibilities:

'€¢Creating, managing and developing test plans for automation and manual platform components'€¢Taking responsibility for the test strategy coinciding with the overall platform strategy'€¢Bringing forward the programme to provide automated Black box tests'€¢Managing, documenting and planning all UAT.'€¢To execute an adequate test approach that consistently develops the quality of software in an efficient manner

Requirements

'€¢Previous experience in a Test Lead role'€¢2+ years automation testing and coding experience'€¢Experience with web applications / API's / Mobile Applications'€¢Previously managed UAT systems and process'€¢Experience with Windows Service
