Telecoms Assistant - Government - London - 3 months+

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced telecoms assistant to join a government organisation and provide administration support to a project to move customers to a new Broadband Service. They will work alongside a wider Telecoms team but work will be focused primarily on the Broadband Project and when required BAU Broadband orders.

Essential:

*Ability to understand the needs of our customers, keeping them in mind when taking actions or making decisions

*Excellent attention to detail and strong numeric skills

*Experience of dealing with third party service providers

*Ability to grasp new concepts and terminology and learn new systems and services quickly, asking for help when required

*Good knowledge of mobile telephone technology and services

Desirable:

*A good knowledge of telecoms and associated services

*Good analytical skills to enable assist in problem solving of technical faults/issues

*ITIL Foundation
