Automation Software Tester / QA Test Engineer / Coventry / £40-55,000 + BenefitsOverviewA leading Software Development Company are looking for a new Automation Software Tester to join their team. Due to a combination of new projects and significant investment, they are looking for a new enthusiastic addition who is excited to bring new ideas and develop their skills across an established software engineering team.Salary Circa £40-55,000Responsibilities:

'€¢Creating and supporting frameworks for the test infrastructure and implicating automation proficiency to the development teams'€¢To thrive within the passionate agile teams and ensuring efficient quality assurance is run throughout the full development process.'€¢Ensuring all tests are accomplished to a high standard and upholding a consistent log of all test cases and results.'€¢To work coinciding with the Software Team, Technical Operations, Product Management and Senior Management.

Requirements

'€¢3+ years automation testing experience'€¢Competent in creating automation test scripts from scratch with full knowledge of the SDLC'€¢Experience with TDD & BDD'€¢Full understanding of databases (eg. SQL, PostreSQL)'€¢Previous exposure to Linux / Unix

Desirables:

'€¢Experience with Cucumber, Soap UI, Selenium, Concordian'€¢Previous experience with cloud environments (eg. AWS)'€¢Previous exposure to coding applications (eg. PHP, Python, Java)'€¢SaaS'€¢Computer related Degree qualification
