Storage and Data Migration Consultant

My client based in Hampshire are looking for a Storage and Data Migration consultant on an initial 6 month contract.

You will be working on a new and busy project, of which you will be involved in the data migration, permissions design and implementation of new data between the organisations file shares and storage.

You will be

-Producing permissions models in line with the business requirements

-Organising and copying data between existing department file shares and new file shares, followed by applying new permissions to that data

-Performing numerous file share migrations

You must have

-experience with enterprise storage platforms

-data migrations

-EMC or Netapp experience (experience with Isilion would be advantageous)

-Storage Permission design experience

-Scripting experience

-Experience of quotes and snapshots on storage solutions
