Communications Manager
You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and executing the global departmental communication strategy, plan and related activities that result in consistent messaging and timely dissemination of information to increase awareness of the department activities and enhance organizational understanding.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare end-user communications and leverage appropriate communication channels and technology for most effective delivery.
- Develop and maintain the IDT Resource Center to support end-users with training needs, systems documentation and communications.
- Responsible for user analytics on supported IDT tools & communications and provide insight to IDT Leadership team
- Coordinate & execute the annual IDT user experience survey leveraging the most effective technology/tool
- Direct communication efforts with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messages are being received by shared audiences.
- Proactively develop communications bulletins, team space content, announcements, news stories, plans or strategies to disseminate key departmental structure, initiatives, programs and events to designated groups of employees and stakeholders.
- Championing the new Finance collaboration tools and ensure tools are fully leveraged across the department
- Manage and maintain presentation content for all teams.
Our Ideal Candidate
A highly creative & thorough individual with key communication skills. Demonstrates excellence in preparing clear and concise written business communications for all types and levels of audiences.
You’ll have strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
Key knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
Experience in web design, GUI and related communication platforms & O365 (SharePoint) and OpenEmail tools
Ability to maintain a consistent, high quality customer-focused orientation, including providing clear, accurate information; explaining procedures or materials or providing supplemental information; anticipating problems or questions.
Demonstrated solid teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with team members and senior management.
