TIBCO Lead Developer (with design experience

My client is a leading digital solutions and technology services company that specialises in partnering with global organisations across industries in their Digital Transformation journey.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor of Engineering or Technology or equivalent.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in Development using TIBCO ESB tools

* Good foundation in Object Orientated concepts, SOA, Point-to-Point integration

* Should have 2-4 years development and designing experience in TIBCO BW 5.x or 6.x

* Must have good knowledge of TIBCO Business Works 6.x designer and development tools. Hands-on of TIBCO Business Works version 6.x with at least one assignment as Designer role is preferred

* Good experience in reviewing design documents, code reviews and translating the design documents into low level design or work packets and managing the team as well as providing guidance to development team

* Experience in implementing web services, SOA Architecture, using SOAP, WSDL and UDDI

* Should have a strong working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and associated concepts such as XML Schemas, WS specifications, SOAP, REST, service mediation/ESB and messaging

* Experience in UML, OOA, OOAD, XML Process Definition Language (XPDL), Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) and Modelling

* Experienced in Desiging Web services using SOAP over JMS and SOAP over HTTP, WSDLs, xml schemas, xpath, xquery and used TIBCO BW Service Solution

* Extensive involvement in design and analysis phase of SDLC especially preparing HLD and LLD for service interface

* Extensive experience in identifying and translating high level, conceptual user requirements into business specifications that will be used to guide application development activities to facilitate the effective integration of technology in delivering services.

* Should have working knowledge of JAVA/Microsoft, Oracle, SVN source control

* Be a fast learner, and eager to mentor less experienced team members

* Must have good communication, problem solving and analytical skills

* Experience in programming languages like Java or Microsoft.net C# is preferred

* Experience on enhancements, application support and maintenance in addition to designing and development will be preferred

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Collaborates with client stakeholders, Development & Testing team across business and technical streams and provide expertise for solving complex business/technical requirements

* Liaise with client's stakeholders to prepare ICD's and architecture designing in-line with client expectations and strategy

* Analyses, define application scope, objectives and classifies complex change request and reviews and evaluates possible enhancements

* Maintains active relationships with customers to determine business requirements

* Preparing design documents

* Performs code reviews/peer reviews and hands-on development

TIBCO SKILLS REQUIRED

* Business Works 5.x and 6.x

* SOAP Protocol, Workflow

* Web Services, JMS

* Knowledge of Business Events 3.x and 4.x & 5.x is preferred

* Knowledge of other ESB tools is preferred
