Telecoms - Provisioner - Billing

Experience: Telecoms Provisioning / Billing / WLR

Location: Enfield

Salary: c£22,000 (negotiable depending on exp).

Our client is a £multi-million, market leading and fast moving Telecoms industry success story. They now have a vacancy in their Customer Support Team. This is a mixed and varied role which involves Telecoms Provisioning, Billing, Customer Service & Co-ordiantion. It is essential that the successful candidate has experience working in a Telco & has Telecoms Provisioning or Telecoms Billing knowledge.

Role:

*Provisioning of all orders from sales team and project team

*Input customer records, calling plans, order details & charges on Billing Platform

*Monthly invoice generation on Billing Platform

*Reconcile Fix Charges

*Dealing with suppliers to ensure supply chain runs smoothly

*Dealing with incoming customer emails & phone calls

*Log, monitor & escalate line faults with BT Openreach

*Co-ordinate engineers (including 3rd party engineers) for faults and support work where necessary.

*Resign customers out of minimum term contracts

*Deal with early terminations

*Provide excellent customer service and developing standard operating processes

*Working closely within the Support Team to ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered

The role requires;

In-depth experience of professional Customer Services within a B2B environment.

Knowledge of Telecoms Industry

Excellent problem solving skills

Discipline & Time Management
