As Director Global Finance BI & Info Delivery - Customer Support, you will recruit, lead and develop a high performing Global team whilst providing financial leadership to deliver the IHG’s Global Finance BI & EPM strategy.
- Direct the support of Global Finance EPM systems including overall continuous improvement of our
information delivery service for our Hotels and Corporate offices
- Enable the execution of the Global Finance BI & EPM strategy
- Shape the transformation of our finance and non-finance information into insight assisting in smarter,
faster decision making
- Deliver multiple projects, gathering requests for stakeholders, coordinating test plans and end-user
- Establish and execute a robust report change management and end-user security governance policy
ensuring SOX compliance
Our Ideal Candidate:
Ideally you will possess deep finance & IT acumen underpinned by experience in Business Intelligence, information delivery, data governance, SOX compliance and complex project delivery. You will demonstrate excellent leadership skills and ideally experience of managing cross-functional teams in a Global environment. Experience of the Hotel’s industry would be advantageous but not essential.
