Job Title: Service Design Manager

Pay Rate: £500-550 per day

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 6 Month contract

Location: Cambridge

The Role

Spring Technology's global client based in Cambridge are looking for a Service Design Manager. The role holder will be responsible for management of all aspects of designing a service, including functional and non-functional criteria; ensuring services are fit for purpose, enabling the effective usage, operational management and ongoing quality control, delivered in accordance with service processes and developed in line with evolving business requirements.

This will be a rolling 6 month contract and the day rate will be paying up to £550.

Key Responsibilities

*Proactively designing and delivering service designs with the project teams.

*Supporting successful introduction of new services from projects.

*Delivery of end to end user experience and satisfaction through effective service designs.

*Capacity planning and management setup; taking account of business growth and changes.

Knowledge / Experience

*ITIL Management Qualification (v2/3), or intermediate/practitioner qualification such as 'Service Design' or 'Service Offerings and Agreements'

*Service management & IT support experience

*Core understanding of basic IT architecture

*Core understanding of solution delivery methodologies such as 'Agile'
