Supplier Quality Engineer / Quality Engineer / Quality I am currently working with a leading organisation in the East Sussex area who are on the lookout to add a Supplier Quality Engineer to the team. The organisation are a market leader in the pumps and valve sector and are looking to add to the head count due to continual growth.The role is commutable from the following locations: Eastbourne, New Haven, Brighton, Bexhill, Hastings and Uckfield.An overview of the position is below:-          Leading Supplier Audits-          Closing out Non-conformances and introducing corrective action-          Working with all UK based suppliers and building key supplier relationships-          Working Lean manufacturing projects and delivering Continuous Improvement projects-          Hands on Quality BackgroundThey are ideally looking for someone from the following background:-          Leading ISO9001:2015 Audits-          Strong quality background, applicants with internal quality experience who are looking to move into a supplier-based role will also be considered-          Experience managing a supplier base-          Happy to spend up to 40% of time traveling across UK based suppliersThey are looking to pay up to £40,000 + Benefits for this role and are able to line up interviews at short notice.If you are interested please do get your latest CV over to [email protected] or call 0207 812 7700
