We are actively looking to secure a Service Delivery Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Project description:

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery, both as an overarching delivery manager on the programme and also as a Scrum Master, managing the day-to-day backlog of work, managing both teams against the overall plan. You will work closely with the client-side Service Manager, Chief Digital Office and key business and project stakeholders to manage the delivery, team, commercials and project reporting both internally and externally for client reporting

* Plan and implement large IT projects

* Direct and lead the work of technical staff

* Technical understanding

* Strategy, design, planning, to integration and optimization, to hardware and software technical support

* Infrastructure project experience

* Evaluate new IT strategies and procedures

* Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met

* Maintain required project documentation

* Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects

Required Skills:

* You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery as an overarching project manager across a growing programme.

* You will work closely with the client-side Product Owner and key business and project stakeholders to manage the delivery commercials resourcing of the team and project reporting both internally and externally for client reporting.

* Previous experience in information technology or other related fields

* Strong project management skills

* Strong analysis and critical thinking skills

* Deadline and detail-oriented

* Strong leadership qualities
